Probe body formed: HSC Eng II exam now on June 8

The HSC English second paper examination under Dhaka Board which was postponed on Wednesday night following alleged question paper leakage will be held on June 8.Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid made the announcement at a press briefing at his ministry on Thursday.About the question paper leakage, the minister warned that those involved in the scandalous act will not be spared.Meanwhile, the Dhaka Education Board formed a five-member committee to investigate the alleged leakage of the English second question paper of the ongoing Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations.The probe body has been formed headed by Dhaka Education Board secretary Prof Abdus Salam Hawlader, Board Chairman Prof Taslima Begum told UNB.The other members of the committee are Dhaka Education Board Inspector (College) Srikanta Kumar Chandra, School Inspector Sadul Khabir Chowdhury, Senior System Analyst Manzurul Kabir and Deputy Director (Accounts) Fazle Elahi. The committee was asked to submit its report within 15 working days.The HSC English second paper examination scheduled to be held on Thursday was postponed on Wednesday night following an allegation of question paper leakage.
