AFM Delwar Hossain, Managing Director of Quality Housing and Construction Ltd, reportedly left the country with investors’ money
amounting to 64.50 lakh with evil intention. Abu Bakr Siddique, Chief Officer of the National Press Club, one of the victims has filed a general diary in this connection with Mirpur Model Police Station last week accusing Delwar Hossain.
Abu Bakr Siddique said in the diary that he himself, Mizanur Rahman from Mirpur, Lutful Kabir from Mohammadpur and Fahmida Khanam paid Tk 21.50 lakh, 21 lakh, 12 lakh and 10 lakh respectively to A.F.M. Delwar Hossain.
The terms and conditions of the business along with their investment have been incorporated with the company resolutions.
But AFM Delwar Hossain has been avoiding to meet the investors for long purposefully. Contrarily, he and his men are intimidating the investors over telephone.
Recently it has been heard that Delwar has gone to Canada along with his family members.
The victims, as such, filed the general diary for justice.
