A housewife was stabbed to death by her husband at Doukia village in Sadar upazila of the district on Monday midnight over family feud.
The victim was identified as Parul Akter (34) a mother of three sons and daughter wife of Md. Shafiq Khan at Doukia area in Kishoreganj Sadar.
Kishoreanj Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge Khandaker Swakat Jahan said that received on information Monday morning. Police rushed to the spot and dead body recovered.
Police also arrested four persons including victim husband and relatives in this connection.
The arrested are Shafiq (42) son of Abdul Bari Khan former upazila chairman, Arif Khan (38) a UP Member, Rajib (24) and college student Plabon Ahamed (18).
The dead body sent to Kishoreganj 250 Bedded General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
A case was fileds in this connection with Kishoreganj Model Police Station.
