A senior tribunal court on Sunday convicted a house-wife and sentenced her to life term imprisonment and fined taka ten thousand for killing his mother-in-law in 2013.
The convicted was identified as Tesmin Akhter Shawpna wife of Zakir Ahamed daughter of Akkas Miah, village Masupur in Roypura thana of Narsingdi district.
According to prosecution, Asma Khatun mother of Zakir Ahamed was stabbed to death by her son’s-wife over family field on 18th November, 2013 at Kamalpura area in Bhairab town under Kishoreganj.
After examination the records and witnesses Senior District And Session Judge AM Md.
Sayeed gave the vindict. PP advocate Shah Azizul Haque conduct the prosecution.
