A young housewife was found hanging at her house of Tillirchar village in Saturia upazila recently.
Police recovered the body of Marzina Begum, 26, wife of expatriate Nazrul Islam of the village, at noon. Local union parishad member Shukur Ali said family members stormed the room at noon breaking open the door after getting no response from Mazrina despite repeated calls.
They found the housewife hanging from the ceiling of her room, he said. Officer-in-charge of Saturia Police Station Aminul Islam said they were investigating the incident.
