Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View General Manager Robin Edwards said the five-star hotel in port city already has proved its wide-scale acceptability to the customers through providing world class services.
“Our main objective is to ensure customers’ satisfaction. We are committed to psrovide them global-standard services with maximum heartiness. The staff and officials of various sections of Radisson are working vowing the implementation,” he said in a conversation with a news agency journalst of chattogram.”Yes, we can! we have proved it through the service,” added Edwards.
“Radisson is the name of a ‘brand’ worldwide. It has reputation across the world for customer service”, he said figuring out wide-array of facilities at the luxurious hotel.
“Rent of a five-star hotel room in Dhaka stands over $200 whereas we are providing highest service by up to $110. Because we believe in long-term idea”
Edwards also mentioned Radisson’s social welfare works like cleaning Patenga and Perki sea-beaches, hosting iftar and Eid presents for orphans, assisting a charity eye hospital with free foods and arranging program on women leadership and many more.
However, Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View appointed British national Robin Edwards as general manager (GM) in 2016. Edwards previously worked with different international groups, including InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
As a premiere hotel of upscale international chain, the Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View was launched in Aprl 2016, located at heart of the port town within walking distance of posh New Market , MA Aziz Stadium and a 40-min drive from Shah Amanat Internationl Airport.
