Hot Egg Toast

Ingredients :
· 6 eggs
· 5 chopped onion
· 1/3 cup milk
· 1 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
· 2 pinch powdered turmeric
· 4 pinches salt
· 10 bread slices
· 6 peppercorns
· 4 chopped green chilli
· 1 tablespoon garlic paste
· 2 piece cinnamon
· 3 tablespoon virgin olive oil
How to make
· Step 1- Make a fine paste of all the spices
To make this easy recipe, grind ginger and garlic paste, green chillies, peppercorns, onions, cinnamon and turmeric powder in a grinder into a fine paste.
· Step 2- Whisk egg and milk together
Take a big bowl and crack eggs in it. Add the paste and milk in it. Sprinkle some salt and whisk properly. Now take a tawa and heat on medium flame.
· Step 3- Dip bread slices in egg mixture and cook till golden brown in colour
Once the tawa is adequately hot, take the bread slices and dip them completely in the egg mix and then place them on the tawa. Brush the edges of the slices with some oil and cook until they turn golden brown in colour. Your Hot Egg Toast is ready to be served.
