Honeyed winter salad

Winters could be chilly and unlike you thought, salad could give you a summery feel when made in a special way. Dish out a few vegetables and a little honey – go through the below mentioned method – and delight yourself with a winter salad!
Ingredients:
Seasonal fruits, cut into thin wedges
2 onions, halved and cut into wedges
4 carrots, sliced into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp clear honey
1 small bread – torn into pieces
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
225g leaf spinach
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard sauce
 Method:
Heat oven, put the vegetables and fruits into a large roasting tin.
Sprinkle a little oil and seasonings to give taste.
Roast for 20 minutes. Let the mixture soften a bit.
Sprinkle a little honey on the top.
Put the sunflower seeds over the top. After this, heat the mixture for another 5 minutes.
Put spinach, vinegar, mustard and remaining oil together and toss into the salad. Your salad is ready!
