Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of International Islamic University (IIUC) Chittagong Prof Dr Din Mohammad said it is most essential to have a devoted team of officials and talents to achieve development of a organisation.
He said there is no alternative of regular trainings of the officials to increase the skillness of the officials.
This was expressed by the vice chairman of Trustee Board Prof Dr Kazi Din Mohammad while addressing the training programmes of the officials as arranged by the IIUC Quality Assurance cell at Kumira permanent campus of the university yesterday as Chief Guest.
Acting Pro-VC of IIUC Prof. Dr. Delwar Hossain presided over the programmes.
Among others, registrar Col.Md. Abul Kashem (Retd), spoke in it as invited guest.
The keynote paper on Office Management and Interactive communications was presented by the associate professor of Finance Deptt of Chittagong University Prof.Tanveer Haider Md. Arif. Asstt. Professor Mahmudul Hasan also spoke on Responsibility and Accountability of officials.
Additional Director of IIUC Md. Amanullah and Md. Mahfuzur Rahman conducted the program as moderator.
