With the dream to be an actor, M A Salam Sumon started his career to act in Shah Alam Kiron directed drama Ukil Dekechhilo, which story was written by noted litterateur Imdadul Haque Milon, one decade ago. Popular TV actress Homayra Himu was his co-actress in
the drama. After a decade, Himu again worked opposite Sumon in a drama
titled Tobuo Haste Hoy. Directed by Reza Mahmud, Apurbo Amin wrote story of
the drama, which will be aired tonight (September 18) on Ekushey TV at 10:00pm.
After taking break for some years, Sumon is now trying to become regular in acting. For this reason, he is acting in faction dramas and drama serials now. While talking about acting in Tobuo Haste Hoy, Sumon said, “In fact, during childhood I love acting seriously. Despite taking few years break from acting I have returned again from the attraction of fascination to it. Now I am enjoying a lot rather than previous time. Directors and my colleagues are co-operating me in the field of acting. Story of Tobuo Haste Hoy is nice. After many years, I enjoyed lot working opposite Himu in this drama. I believe viewers will enjoy the drama.”
Homayra Himu shared her feelings by this way, “I worked opposite Sumon 10 years ago in a drama. Time flies so fast which I realised after working with him. Sumon has become more matured in acting rather than previous time. For this reason, the Tobuo Haste Hoy has become a nice work.”
Meanwhile, after death of mother, Himu is still feeling pain for losing her mother. However, Himu is trying her level best to be regular in acting. Himu has already finished shooting of BTV’s drama Gunnies Book-e Naam. Jyotika Jyoti also acted with her in this drama. After losing mother, Himu returned to work through Nazrul Islam Raju’s drama serial Baker Khoni.
