Daughter and son of noted singer late Bashir Ahmed, Homayra Bashir and Raja Bashir are going to release two new songs in a YouTube channel to dedicate their father on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Noted lyricist, producer, director and storywriter Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s daughter popular singer Dithi Anwar and Homayra Bashir’s two songs are going to release on YouTube channel of Sargam Sound Station today, Valentine’s Day. Raja Bashir has featured these two songs.
Homayra Bashir rendered Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s song titled Chup, which lyrics were written by Gazi Mazharul Anwar and tune-music and music video of the song were made by Raja Bashir. On the other hand, Dithi Anwar’s rendered her father’s song titled Jajabor, which was also composed by Raja Bashir.
While talking about her song Chup Homayra Bashir said, “We always believe our father is always with us. To dedicate him, Chup and Jajabor songs were rendered. Raja has tried to compose the song Chup in exceptional way. Basically music-lovers will get flavor of jazz music in this song. I am very much optimistic about the song. We are really grateful to Gazi Mazharul Anwar Uncle to write these two nice songs for us as usual.”
Dithi Anwar shared her feelings by this way, “I had experience to render Abbu-written song earlier. Not only lyrics but also music composition of song Jajabor is really superb. In fact, I am really impressed to lend my vocal for the song. I am very much optimistic about the song.”
Raja Bashir said, “It is true that in our every work, we remember our father. He is our real inspiration in music. For this reason, these two songs have been dedicated to him. I am grateful to Gazi Uncle. I am also grateful to my wife Runa and nephew Sargam in this regard.”
