Hasan Jahangir has been passing busy times with acting and giving direction at a time. Recently he has come into discussion after
making a serial titled Chapabaj, which is being aired on Boishakhi TV at 9:20pm every Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
On the occasion of ensuing Valentine’s Day, Hasan Jahangir is coming with a special play titled Bhalolaga Bhalobasha Noi. Homayra Himu and Mimo for the first time worked against him in this play. Fazlul Karim wrote story of the play while Taju Kamrul gave its direction. Shooting of the play was done in the city’s Uttara area recently. Mimo acted in role of Hasan Jahangir’s wife and Himu played the role of his sister-in-law in the play. But from the beginning of the story viewers could not realise the relationship between Himu and Hasan Jahangir.
While talking about the play Hasan Jahangir told this correspondent, “I have enjoyed a lot to work under Taju Kamrul’s direction. Earlier I worked with Himu and Mimo. For the first time I worked with them together. I hope viewers will enjoy the play. I wish everybody.”
Homayra Himu shared her feelings by this way, “I have liked story of the play. Overall I have enjoyed working in the play.”
Another actress of the play Lamia Mimo said, “To keep in mind the viewers’ choice, Taju Kamrul has made the play on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. I hope viewers will enjoy the play.”
Director Taju Kamrul informed that the play will be aired on Asian TV on Valentine’s Day.
Recently Mimo acted released movies were Ek Joban, King Khan, Purnodoirgho Prem Kahini and Mukhosh Manush. Mimo acted two movies – Dipankar Dipan’s Dhaka Attack and Jahangir Alam Sumon’s Shonabondhu are now waiting
to release.
On the other hand, Himu acted movie was Morshedul Islam’s Aamar Bondhu Rashed. Hasan Jahangir will contest in the upcoming election
of Actors’ Unity which is scheduled to be
held on February 10.
