High profile business delegation leaves Dhaka for KSA

A ten-member business delegation, led by Salman F Rahman, former president of FBCCI and Vice Chairman of Beximco Group, leaved Dhaka for Saudi Arabia on Friday as part of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s 5-day official visit to KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The prime minister’s Saudi visit is considered very significant as Bangladesh holds huge potential to attract Saudi investment, a press release said.
bd-ksaThe business delegation leader Salman F Rahman is also very optimistic to woo Saudi investment.
“As Bangladeshi products such as home textile, jute and leather goods, ceramic, frozen fish, halal meat, vegetable and dry food have huge demand in KSA, we will discuss ways to expand opportunities for Bangladeshi products,” said Salam F Rahman.
Moreover, as Bangladesh is progressing under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, energy, education, construction and medicine sectors will get special priority in meetings with Saudi authorities, added Salam F Rahman.
