Mir Masum and his brother DJ Maruf recently came into the limelight by releasing a song titled Babu Khaichho. The song was written and rendered to the composition of Mir by his younger brother DJ Maruf, released on September 5 under the banner of Eagle Music. Then the song became very popular and viral on YouTube and Facebook.
Meanwhile, Hero Alom also recently tried to make a song based on this song discussed in the Mir Brothers project. Due to this, a case had been filed against Hero Alam on December 6 under sections 22-23-24 of the Digital Security Act for stealing and distorting the name, lyrics and melody of an original song while Mir Masum, one of the members and music director of band group Souls, sued.
Mir Masum complained that the name of the song, the magnet part and the melody were exactly copied by Hero Alom as well as the original song, the singer and the art have been defamed by making this song. Lawyer Didar-us-Salam filed the case on behalf of plaintiff Mir Masum at the Cyber Crime Tribunal against Hero Alam. The lawyer said the case has now been referred to the CID for investigation.
