Ameer of Hefazat-e-Islam Allama Ahmed Shafi reiterated their determination against the atheism in the country .
He disclosed it while addressing the Islami convention arranged at Hathazari High School Ground in Chittagong on Monday evening as Chief Guest.
Al-Amanat Foundation arranged the convention to commemorate the departed souls of the victims who sacrificed their lives for the cause of Islam on May 5 last year in Shafla Chattar in the capital .
Allama Shafi said, Hefazat is not against any political party but only against atheism and Hefazat movement against atheism will continue .
He also mentioned that the 13-point demands of Hefazat not only in favour of any political party and for only survival of the Islamic values and against the atheism . Allama Shafi further said, Hefazat never pronounced anti-Awami League and anti-BNP slogans and no enmity with these parties and friendships to all.
He said unless friendship of the major political parties, we would not get any co-operation and patronizations for development of mosques and madrasas in the country. Vice chairman of Hathazari Upazila Moulana Nasiruddin Munir presided over the convention .
Among others, Moulana Ismail Khan, Mufti Sirajullah, Moulana Abdul Samir spoke on the occasion.
