Hefazat acting ameer Mohibullah Babunagari admitted to a private hospital at Fatikchhari in Chattogram district with fever.
The 87-year-old Hefazat leader has been suffering from fever since Saturday. Later on Sunday, he was admitted to the hospital with high fever.
He is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
Mohibullah Babunagari has also been suffering from various old age complications.
Allama Farid Uddin, a teacher of Babunagar Madrasa, said Mohibullah Babunagari is now doing well.
He has been elected as the acting ameer of the madrasa after the death of Junayed Babunagari. Earlier, Mohibullah Babunagari served as the chief adviser of the organisation.
