CMM Court Magistrate and also a judge of Speedy Trial Court of Dhaka Atiqur Rahman passed the order fixing January 4, 2016 as the next date for hearing in response to a time petition submitted on behalf of the defence.
Mirza Fakhrul’s Lawyer Joynul Abedin Mesbah told newsmen, Wednesday was fixed for further hearing on charge framing. But, as Mirza Fakhrul was very busy in connection with the ensuing election he could not appear in the court on Wednesday.
Other accused are Barrister Moudud Ahmed, Abdullah Al Noman, Mirza Abbas, Moazzem Hossain Alal, Saiful Islam Nirob, Meer Sharafat Ali Sofu, Sultan Salahuddin Tuku, Azizul Bari Helal and Shafiul Bari Helal.
