A Dhaka court on Monday deferred hearing on charge framing against 29 leaders and activists of BNP-led 18-party alliance in a case filed in connection with cocktail explosion in Bangladesh Secretariat on April 26, 2012.

Judge’s Court of Dhaka set October 29 as the new date deferring the charge framing in the case on Monday.
The twenty-nine leaders and activists include BNP Acting Secretary General
Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. BNP leaders Hannan Shah and Amanullah Aman were present in the courtroom on the occasion while time petitions were submitted on behalf of other leaders as they were not present in the court.
The case was filed with Shahbagh Police Station against the alliance leaders in connection with two cocktail explosion in and outside the secretariat on April 26, 2012.
