Hearing of the crimes against humanity case against alleged Razakar duo from
Netrokona, Obaidul Haque Taher and Ataur Rahman Noni is scheduled to come to an end on Sunday as the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 set the date for legal arguments by the prosecution.
Justice Anwarul Haque, chairman of the three-member panel of the ICT-1 adjourned the hearing of the case, accepting a time plea from the prosecution.
Yesterday prosecutor Mokhlesur Rahman Badal and defence counsel Abdus Subhan Tarafdar concluded their parts of arguments on facts.
A total of 23 witnesses submitted their depositions against the duo, but none vouched for the accused before the court.
