Court Correspondent :A Dhaka court on Thursday deferred the hearing in a case filed against 29 leaders and activists of BNP, including its Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir to July 30.Magistrate Ali Masud Sheikh of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka set the new date after a time petition was submitted on behalf of the defence. Advocate Joynal Abedin Mesba moved the time petition, as the accused could not appear in the court on the occasion.The case was filed against the accused on the charges of vandalism and arson attack on March 2, 2013 in Shantibagh area under Ramna Police Station of the city.
