The High Court on Sunday directed the lower courts across the country not to invite any businessman or any political person in any event of the lower courts.
Abu Syed Diljar Hussain, Registrar of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court issued a notification on behalf of the Chief Justice. The notification also said the lower court authorities should not arrange any event in the court-hour.
‘If any businessman or any political person come to any event of the courts then he/she should not be invited in the stage or not be called for giving speech’, said the notification.
