The High Court Division of Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the letter issued by the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority ( IDRA) regarding the suspension of license of Standard Insurance Company Ltd for six months on Monday.
The bench comprising with Justice Kazi -ul- Haque and Justice Abu Taher Md Saifur Rahman passed the order after hearing the case .
It is mentionable that IDRA suspended the license of Standard Insurance Company Ltd for three months on June 17, 2015 and it was challenged by the insurance company authority.
