The High Court on Tuesday rejected the writ petition of actress Naznin Akter Happy filed seeking directives to exclude Rubel Hossain from World Cup squad and national team.
An HC bench of Justice Kazi Reza-ul Haque and Justice Abu Taher M Saifur Rahman passed the order as writ petitioner M Yunus Ali Akanda was not present at the court.
On Monday, the writ was filed on behalf of actress Happy, who filed a case earlier against Rubel bringing allegation of sexual harassment.
