Advocate Siddique Ullah Miah appeared in the court on behalf of the teachers, while Deputy Attorney General Bashir Ahmed stood for the State.
After the court order, Advocate Siddique Ullah Miah said, the petitioners have been teaching students in different educational institutions of the country after their appointments. But they are deprived of MPO though they have already fulfilled all the conditions to get this. Finally, they filed writ petitions in the HC. After final hearing, the HC delivered the verdict.
