Slain publisher Faisal Arefin Deepan’s Father Professor Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque has said that he has both the respect and faith with the country’s law, but he has no confidence with the ongoing trial proceedings.
He said this at the proctor office of Dhaka University (DU) on Monday noon while taking preparation for filing a case in the incident of his son’s murder.
Fazlul Haque said he agrees to lodge a case in the incident as he respects the law. “Though I do not remain complaint of the case, but I will remain as an assistant,” he added.
He said Deepan’s wife Dr. Razia Sultana is the complaint of the case.
