When Eid comes, actor and director Hasan Jahangir is seen to work in special dramas. He not only writes scripts of special days’ dramas but also stars and also gives
direction of these works. Now he has
concentrated to acting rather than giving direction. Recently his directed and film actress Poppy-starrer several works like Nayikar Biye, Innocent Love, Bhalobasa Du’jonai, Nayikar Honeymoon, Tumi Ar Ami got popularity among the viewers.
In Eid-ul-Fitr, Hasan Jahangir acted against another film actress Shimla in seven-episode serial Aamar Bou Celebrity. As a part of its continuation,
he will be seen in six-episode Eid
serial Salary Based Husband, directed by Nasiruddin Masud, on the occasion of forthcoming Eid. Shooting of the serial began from July 5 in the capital’s Malibagh, Khilgaon areas. Hasan Jahangir is playing the title role in the serial against popular TV actress Swagata. This Eid serial will be aired in a television channel during Eid festival. Besides Swagata and him, Bachchu, Jamil, Sabbir Ahmed, Moumita Mou, Harun, Siam, Anwar, Ivy Noor and Anonna Nur also acted in different roles in the serial. While talking about acting
in the Eid serial Hasan Jahangir said, “Basically viewers want entertainment during Eid. To keep in mind their interest, this serial has been made based on a comedy story. Swagata acted against me in
the serial. She acted well. I hope viewers
will enjoy the serial in Eid.”
