Md Motaher Hossain, Vice Chairman, M Fozle Taher and Kabir Ahmed, Directors, Mohammad Amir Hossain Chowdhury and Mohammad Johirul Islam, Public Shareholder Directors, AKM Aminul Mannan and Md Khaled Mosharrof Hossain, Independent Directors, BM Yousuf Ali, CEO of the Company were also present. The Company approves 40 percent cash dividend for its share holders for the year 2017.
