Monalisa was a wonder girl in the country’s modelling arena. In the beginning of her career, as a model, Monalisa’s popularity was sky-touching. Still her smiling face creates something different feelings among the minds of the viewers. Monalisa realises it from USA where she staying there now. To feel it, Monalisa comes to country to perform in new TVCs and to act in TV dramas to entertain the viewers including her fans. But due to corona pandemic, despite having interest she could not come to Bangladesh for many days. Even, she cannot give assurance when she will come to the country right now. But her mind remains gloomy to meet her family members in Bangladesh. According to her, when the corona situation will be improved, Monalisa will come to Bangladesh. Today is Monalisa’s birthday. If she remains in country there would be a possibility to celebrate her birthday. She will pass the birthday in USA like other days. But she believes that anybody can surprise her on the birthday. Monalisa said, “If I stay in country celebration of my birthday become more delightful. I can get the scope to pass sometimes with my favourite ones. But now everybody remains busy with their works. My close ones try to make the day delightful, they pray for me – it is really a likeable matter for me. But overall, I miss my country and its people. Everybody prays for me as I can remain well. I want to return to country. If I get the opportunity I will come to Bangladesh soon Inshallah.”
Monalisa informed that she gets many wishes in social media. It is her achievement from fans and well-wishers. In last Eid, Monalisa last acted against Tahsan in Himel Ashraf’s drama Dekha Hobe. She last walked on the runway of New York Fashion Week to represent Bangladesh. In 2019, she attended International Film Festival of South Asia as a cultural activist of Bangladesh.
