Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul Alam Hanif has commented that those who were behind the murder of Bangabandhu or helped them should be found and brought under the law.
He made this comment in his speech as the chief guest at the third day discussion meeting organized by the Bangladesh Mukti Jodha Sangsad Chittagong Metropolitan and District Unit Command on the occasion of the 47th martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day at Chittagong City Corporation Square in Andarkilla on Sunday.
Chittagong City Awami League general secretary and former city mayor AJM Nashir Uddin was the main speaker at the meeting held under the chairmanship of Bir Muktijodha Chittagong Metropolitan Unit Commander Bir Muktijodha Mozaffar Ahmed and moderated by Bir Muktijoddha Sadhan Chandra Biswas.
Chittagong Divisional Commissioner Md. Ashraf Uddin , District Police Superintendent SM Rashidul Haque, Chittagong South District Awami League General Secretary Mofizur Rahman, BTV Chittagong Center General Manager (GM) Mahfuza Akhtar, Bangladesh Awami League Education and Human Resource Sub-Committee Member Mahmud Salauddin Chowdhury were the special guests.
