Hanging dead body of a housewife was found at her rented residence at Char Degree area under Muladi Upazila of Barishal district on early Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Jannatul Ferdous Jannati, 26, wife of Md. Faruk of neighbouring Kauria village of Hizla upazila.
Ziaul Ahsan, officer in charge of Muladi police station, confirming the report and quoting family sources said the victim married Md. Faruk, a decorator trader, ten years ago and they had a three years old daughter.
She engaged quarrel with her husband due to family feud at Saturday night and she detained herself closing the door and windows.
Then after breaking the door, family members found her body hanging and then sent it to upazila health complex where attending doctor declared her as dead.
Then police was informed and the dead body sent to Barishal Sher- E- Bangla Medical College hospital morgue for autopsy and till this report no case was field, police sources added.
