The wife of an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of Birampur Police Station in Dinajpur was found dead at their residence in Birampur upazila on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Nayna Begum, 25, wife of Shahjahan Siraj.Police said after breakfast with wife, Shahjahan went out of the house for work. Around noon, Nayna was found hanging from the ceiling of their room, said police.Meanwhile, in Biral upazila, police recovered the body of Md Samu, 35, from Bhandara village same day.Police suspect he was stabbed to death. An autopsy will be conducted. in Nawabganj upazila of Dinajpur. Police recovered the body of Md Mobaraque Hossain on Thursday night.
