Gopalganj thana recovered a hanging minor dead body from Sarkari Sishu Poribar in Gopalganj yesterday evening.
The deceased was identified as Jubayer Khan (10), student of class IV a son of Angel Khan, from village Korgati under Lohagara Upazila in Narail District.
In this regard a committee (three members) was formed with Tapos Falia, Deputy Director, District Social Welfare Office, Gopalganj, Md. Arif Hossain, Assistant Director, District Social Welfare Office, Gopalganj and Sultana Zahid Parvin, and Upazila Social Welfare Officer, Gopalganj.
On the other hand, Mohammad Mosharraf Hossen, Deputy Superintendent, District Social Welfare Office, Gopalganj was abosconding, after the occurrence.
While talking to Selina Begum, mother of Jubayer, about this she said her son was killed by physical torturing, planway.
Police recovered the dead body and sent to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
