Hamida Rahman, Chairman of Dhaka Insurance Company Limited, presiding over its 18th AGM at the Institute of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh in the city on Monday. Fazlur Rahman, Founder Chairman and AQM Wazed Ali, CEO of the company were also present. The AGM approves 12.5 percent cash dividend for the year 2017 for its shareholders.
