The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Wednesday submitted charge sheet against Hall-Mark Group Chairman Jesmin Islam in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court.
ACC Deputy Director Manjur Morshed submitted the charge sheet in a case filed against her, as she did not submit wealth statement to the Commission.
On October 19, the Commission approved the charge sheet.
The anti-graft watchdog lodged the case against her on December 12 last year, as she did not comply with the commission, which asked for her wealth statement repeatedly.
