Haimanti, Rajib render patriotic songs for BTV

On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, listeners’ choice popular two singers of present time Rajib and Haimanti rendered four patriotic songs for Bangladesh Television’s programme Gaan Chirodin. They rendered two songs each with new arrangement of music.
Rajib rendered Alam Ara Minu’s song titled Je Matir Buke Ghumiye Achhe and Hemonto Mukherjee’s Maago Bhabna Keno and Haimanti Rakshit rendered Runa Laila’s song titled Bhashar Jonnyo Jara Diye Gechhe Pran and Sabina Yasmin’s song titled Jonmo Aamar Dhonnyo Holo. Both Rajib and Haimanti took part recording of these songs for the programme at main auditorium of BTV.
This programme will be telecasted on BTV today as part of last day of the month of International Mother Language Day.  
Meanwhile, Rajib informed that within very soon he is appearing with two patriotic songs. He has composed tune of these songs which lyrics were written by Solaiman Mahmud. Sumon Kalyan and Mehedi have arranged music of these two songs. Within short time he will give his vocal for these two songs and then will make music videos. Then these will be released on YouTube channel.
Rajib said, “Lyrics of these two songs touched my heart. I am trying my level best to release these songs on YouTube channel before Independence Day. Now time will say what will be happened. I have rendered two songs by own way at BTV’s Gaan Chirodin programme. I believe viewers will enjoy these.”Haimanti informed that she has already rendered a song titled Chhorao Abir under Muhin’s composition. Under same arrangement she rendered another song titled Jodi Jante Chao, which was released on YouTube Channel of Rongon Music.
“I have liked Jamal Bhai-written lyrics. Muhin composed music nicely. For this reason, I have enjoyed render the song. I am getting positive response for the song Jodi Jante Chao. Yesterday I took part in a show in Munshiganj. Yousuf Ahmed Khan was my co-singer,” Haimanti said.
