Md Habibur Rahman has been joined as the Additional Managing Director with Southeast Bank Limited recently. Prior to joining, he was the Deputy Managing Director at National Credit & Commerce Bank Ltd.
Rahman completed his post graduation in Economics from the University of Chittagong. He commenced his banking career in May 09, 1989 with Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. as a Probationary Officer and worked 5(five) other leading commercial banks namely Prime Bank Ltd, Mercantile Bank Ltd, Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd and Jamuna Bank Ltd.
He is actively associated with many socio-cultural activities. He is an active Rotarian and a member of Rotary Club of Dhaka Fort.
