Gulistan Pathakoli Rugby team emerged as the champions of the Pathakoli Rugby Competition when they blanked Motijheel Pathakoli Rugby team by 14-0 points in the final at the Paltan Maidan on Sunday.
Md Kawsar of Gulistan Pathakoli Rugby team was adjudged the best player of the meet.
A total of four teams took part in the day-long Pathakoli Rugby Competition.
After the final match, Md Bellal Hossain distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest. General Secretary of Bangladesh Rugby Federation (BRF) Mousum Ali, Joint-Secretary of BRF Sayeed Ahmed and Chairman of the Organizing Committee Md Deen Islam were present, among others.
