Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) organized a three-day long CSE Carnival 2018 from 6-8 this month at its campus in the city. Computer scientist Prof Dr Mohammad Kaykobad was the chief guest in the closing ceremony while Prof Dr Md. Golam Samdani Fakir, Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof Dr Muhammad Fayyaz Khan, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Md. Shahid Ullah, Treasurer, Prof Dr Md. Fayzur Rahman, Dean and Prof Dr Md. Abdur Razzaque, Chairman of CSE of GUB were present as guests.
The closing day was marked by prize giving ceremony and cultural program. Winners of different events of CSE Carnival were awarded crests, certificates and prize money. The carnival curtained off with a splendid cultural program. Students enthralled the audience with singing, dancing, reciting and other cultural activities. The CSE Carnival 2018 was a huge success, which would help towards the betterment of student’s career and promoting CSE Department.
