Ingredients :
o ½ cup Olive Oil
o ½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
o 2 tsp Garlic Powder
o 2 tsp dried Basil
o 2 tsp dried Oregano
o 1tsp Black Pepper (ground)
o 1 tsp White Sugar
o 2½ cups Macaroni (cooked)
o 3 cups fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
o 15 Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
o 1 cup Red Bell Peppers (sliced)
o ¾ cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
o ½ cup Green Onions (chopped)
o 1 (4 ounce) can whole Black Olives
o ¾ cup Pepperoni Sausage (sliced, cut into strips)
Procedure:
o Add together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, basil, black pepper and sugar in a large bowl.
o Add elbow macaroni, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, feta cheese, green onions, black olives and pepperoni sausage. Toss the ingredients together, until evenly coated.
o Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
o Serve.
