Shipping Minister Shahjahan Khan on Friday said the government is aware of resolving any problems at Mawa and Paturia ferry ghats to ensure smooth journey of home-bound passengers during the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
“We often visit Mawa and Paturia ferry ghats and if there is found any problems then it would be solved immediately”, the minister told a discussion as the chief guest held at the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) here.
State minister for home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal attended it as the key speaker, Lion H M Ibrahim Bhuiyan and Sujan Dey gave the welcome addresses with Syed Abu Hossen Babla, SPMBS advisor, in the chair.
Samajik Paribesh and Manobadhiker Bastobayon Sangstha (SPMBS) organized the function.
