State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid on Thursday said the present government has taken initiative to introduce ‘auto gas’ instead of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas).
“The initiative has taken to ensure the highest uses of natural gas by fulfilling ever increasing demand of gas,” he said replying to a question of treasury bench member Didarul Alam at the Jatiya Sangsad.
Nasrul said the government has already formulated the ” Setting up of auto gas refueling station and conversion workshop and management and maintenance policy-2016″ for ensuring security and proper management.
