Teachers of Shanckchura High School have allegedly sold about six thousand government books from class six to ten at Gafargaon under Mymensingh recently.
Later, the locals recovered sold books and AC (Land) Sheikh Shamsul Arefin has taken the matter .
Local sources that headmaster Zahirul Islam , Assistant headmaster Akbe Hussain Shah, and Office Assistant of Shanchura High school have sold about 6 thousand books given free by the Government . They sold free government books to Khuka Mea ,a shattered businessman of Hussainpur Upazila on Thursday . When the sold books were taken by van ,the local people obstacled him and informed the Upazila administration .
Later, Panchbag Union assistant land officer took free government books to Gafargaon at the direction of AC (Land) Sheikh Shamsul Arefin .
