State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the present government has set glorious instance in various sectors like agriculture, education, health, communication and power supply.
He said, with her dynamic leadership of Sheikh Hasina , the Government is working relentlessly for making the Bangladesh a prosperous , happy and corruption -free Bangladesh.
The State Minister was addressing a public meeting as Chief Guest organised by the occasion of handing over of six police pick up van presented by Thermax Group to Bangladesh Police at police lines Narsingdi.
The State Minister thanked Abdul Kader Mollah , Chairman of Thermax Group for his greatness as he presented the six police pick up vans for six thanas of Narsingdi district.
Asaduzzaman Khan said , some political parties demanded for disbanding of RAB. He said there are many achievement of RAB in Bangladesh , as an example, he said RAB has unearthed a huge arms cache in Satcharhi jungle of Habiganj Chunarughat upazila on Tuesday. RAB is also discharging their duties professionally to maintain law and order as in curbing militancy and criminals.
The State Minister directed the Superintendent of Police to gear up the activities of community police. He said , community police can help to maintain law and order and also help to extend cooperation between police and people.
State Minister for Water Resources Lt Colonel (Retd) Nazrul Islam Hiro (Bir Patik) addressed as special guest. The minister also directed the police super to strictly control the narcotics business.
