The government on Sunday appointed 105 lawyers of the Supreme Court in the posts of Assistant Attorney Generals (AAG) Under the Section 3(1) of The Bangladesh Law Officers Order, 1972.
The Law Ministry issued a notification yesterday in the website of the Ministry in this regard.
27 Assistant Attorney Generals appointed with the notification issued on June 12, 2017 and 25 others appointed with the notification issued on October 19, 2017 will continue their duties and the appointments of the other AAGs before those two
notifications have been declared cancel.
The appointment of the new AAGs will be effective without any delay, the notification said.
