The 8th founding anniversary of Gouripur Reporters’ Club was observed through different programmes at its office yesterday. Freedom Fighter Md Abdur Rahim, ex-Commander of Gouripur Muktijoddha Sangsad inaugurated the programme by cutting a cake and distributing sweetmeats among the guests and other prominent persons were present . Marking the occasion, a discussion meeting was held with Reporters’ Club . Vice-President Md Lutfur Rahman Khukan chaired the function. The discussion was addressed among others by M. Nurul Islam, ex-President of Gouripur Press Club, Bag Faruk Ahmed, President of Gouripur Sangbadik Okya Parishad, Mashiur Rahman Kawser, General Secretary of Gouripur Press Club and many others were present.
