Gono Shashthaya Kendra gave free medical treatment and health care services to the poor people in the capital’s Tejgaon Industrial area on Thursday.
The organisation arranged mobile medical services for the lower income of group people like rickshaw pullers, van drivers and the street vendors.
Khushir Thikana, a organisation of college students took part in the programme.
Jahangir Alam Mintu, Media Advisor of the Kendra coordinated the programme.
Professor Dr. Shawkat Arman, Chief Coordinator of Mobile Medical Services, Child Specialist Dr. Kamal Ahmed, Health Workers Md. Russell, Ruhul Amin, Ankhi, Ms. Keya, Mousumi, Swarnali and Liza took part in the programme.
Sheikh Runa, Advisor of Khushir Thikana, and Naim Ahsan (Sahan), Naim Talukder, Shahjalal Siam, Rafi Bani, KM Ilmun and Islam Alvi of the Khushir Thikana, were present.
Jahangir Alam Mintu said Gono Shashthaya Kendra will continuously provide such medical treatment to help the poor people in their needs of health care.
