Bangladeshi Mobile Handset brand Goldberg Mobile started its customer service operation by introducing 14 YourCARE Centres (YCC) across the country.
The Goldberg Mobile users will get instant service at those centres.
Commenting on the initiative, Goldberg Mobile Chief Executive Officer Abrar Rahman Khan said, ‘We initiated the centres to solve customers’ problem instantly. The customers will get replacement of charger and battery, software, speaker, mike and LCD, mother board within three days in Dhaka and within five days for the outside of the capital. All can be possible free of charge within warranty period.”
The company offers handset replacements for problem within first 14 days of buying. The customers will get service without any cost after warranty period. They would be paid only parts if applicable. Besides, the Goldberg customers will get same service from some 45 authorized collection points.
