Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi on Saturday said goals of the government have to be achieved working with honesty, sincerity and efficiency.
The minister passed the remark at the signing ceremony of Annual Performance Agreement (APA) between commerce ministry and its different departments and organizations at the ministry conference room.
He asked the officials to contribute more moving out from the traditional mentality and works. “New and good initiative would not be achieved without facing challenges.” Tipu said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been working relentlessly to pull the country ahead overcoming different types of challenges.
“No alternative of hard works to turn the country into a developed one by 2041,” he noted.
Commerce secretary Md Mofizul Islam signed APA with heads of Bangladesh Tariff Commission, Bangladesh Tea Board, EPB, Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection, Office of the Chief Controller of Export and Import, Office of the Register of Joint stock companies and Firms, TCB and Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute.
