Alex Manson, Global Head, Transaction Banking of Standard Chartered Bank has reached in the city on Monday for a short visit, according to a press release.
During his stay in Dhaka, he will be meeting with key clients and senior staffs of the Bank. Alex will be accompanied by Farooq Siddiqi, Global Head of Product Management for Transaction Banking, Standard Chartered Bank.
Alex joined Standard Chartered as Group Head, Wholesale Banking Geographies in 2012, responsible for the Bank’s regions and network strategy. He took over as Global Head, Transaction Banking in 2014.
Previously at Deutsche Bank for twelve years, notably as Global Head of Lending and Corporate Banking Coverage, his experience includes product and client coverage spanning fixed income origination and structuring and investment banking advisory & capital raising. Prior to this he spent eight years at Credit Suisse. During his career he has worked in New York, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Singapore.
