Founding President of Gita Renaissance Bangladesh Yugacharja Krishnadas G. C. Biswas Joy attended a special prayer gathering and sadhusanga at 7 Steeple Field road, Coventry UK recently arranged by the Bangali community there.
The function was presided over by D.Chitta Saha, senior lecturer, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Coventry University.
Among the devotees present Sree Pankaj Bhattachajee, Srimati Akhi Sikdar, Sree Rakshmit Nandi, Srimati Sheuli Bhattacharjee and Srimati Rupa Nandi spoke on the past, present and future of Sanatana Dharma. D.Saha, President of the gathering urged the Bangali community to come forward to keep holding the spirit of Hinduism for the welfare of the community and mankind.
Finally the Gurujee of the Gita Renaissance Bangladesh spoke on the different aspects of Sanatana Dharma. He said human life is meant for self realization which is the core message of Sanatana Dharma subsequently named as Hinduism. It is not only a religion but a way of life to find out the absolute truth for our salvation. But sorry to say we have forgotten that and confined ourselves to the ceremonial functions only where there is no spirituality. As a result we have lost our spiritual energy and are becoming weaker day by day both physically, mentally and spirituality. The session was ended through a joint prayer in their respective Rid mandir Srikrishnarpanamastu.
